Refund policy

We do not currently operate a return policy, since each ACTEVNA® order is made fresh to order in our lab, and is considered a special order.

In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged on arrival then please take photographs of the package (including the tamper seals) and contact us at hello@actevna.com so we can replace them immediately.
